General Information:

Inquiry vs. Registration: The Inquiry Form tells us what your field trip needs are and allows us to email you field trip information with the Registration Form link for the field location that fits your experiential requests.

Activity Options: Our field trip activities are not a la carte, and due to the uniqueness of each Sensing Nature location, we cannot offer all options at every location.

Just Getting Started? If you are in the beginning stage of planning, please provide us with your best ideas at this time. We understand that things change.

Do You Have to Know Your Dates? Times? Details? No, you still can be deciding your details to request our field trip information.

Holding Your Date: If you know your details and provide them, we can hold your date for up to 1-week while you electronically submit your Registration Form and Deposit.
We need to know your activity selection, group size, and arrival/departure times to hold your date. Some activities require specific field equipment such as boats, or nets, or Sensing Nature guides with specific certificates or specialized skills (i.e. seining, canoeing/kayaking, birding, etc.).

Replying to Your Inquiry: We will reply to your Inquiry Request Form by letting you know if the date(s) and times are available (if you provided these), and we will send you directions about how to submit our online Registration Form and your Deposit, which is $150 or 50% of your total invoice amount, whichever amount is less for you.
