Of course, the earlier you contact us with your preferred ecotour experience and date, the more likely we will be able to accommodate your request.
However, if something comes up that you need an ecotour scheduled for your group at the last minute, please contact us. We often have enough flexibility in our staff schedules to create a wonderful ecotour experience for your group even without much notice.
