Making the Most of Your Ecotour
Space is limited, so please register in advance. Ecotour registrations are valid once a deposit, or full payment, is received.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to our meeting location and be ready to leave promptly at our departure time. We cannot reduce the enjoyment of the group to wait for late arrivals. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals.
Dress appropriately to enjoy your adventure. This typically means wearing closed-toe shoes, wearing a hat, sunglasses, sometimes long sleeves and long pants.
Bring plenty of water, maybe a snack, wear sunscreen and bring bug spray. We always encourage you to bring a spare change of clothes, shoes and a towel too.

● Dry bag for camera, binoculars, keys, wallet, etc.
● Spare change of clothes, including socks, shoes and undergarments
● Towel

What to Wear?
Please dress appropriately to enjoy your adventure.
Wear:
● Comfortable, close-toed shoes
● Hat
● Sunglasses
● Sunscreen
● Comfortable, quick-drying, moisture-wicking clothes
For Ecotours with Full Sun, Insects, or During Cooler Weather:
We suggest wearing long-sleeve shirts and long pants. We prefer wearing breathable, moisture-wicking "fishing" clothes.
Avoid Wearing:
● Open-toe shoes if any walking, swamp tromping, or boating activities are planned (i.e. never wear flip flops or sandals)
● Clothing that does not dry quickly and/or is not breathable. Avoid cotton t-shirts, blue jeans, etc.
Payment
Only U.S. currency is accepted.
Registrations are valid once a deposit, or full payment, is received. Should you or your group miss the tour for any reason without following the cancellation policy, you/your group will be charged in full.

Insufficient Funds
Should a payment be returned due to insufficient funds, a charge of $35.00 will apply plus any additional banking fees Sensing Nature, LLC incurs due to this event.
Refunds*
Only refunds requested 15 days prior to the scheduled date will be honored.
A $7.00 per person handling charge will be imposed on refunds issued.
Sensing Nature, LLC reserves the right to cancel any tours that do not meet the minimum number of participants for the tour. Handling charges would not apply. Sensing Nature is not responsible for any expenses that the registered ecotour participants may incur due to the cancellation.
Reimbursements for canceled tours, either by you or by Sensing Nature, will be mailed directly to attendees following the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing via the U.S. Postal Office at our Sensing Nature, LLC office, or via our Sensing Nature email account at least 15 days prior to the scheduled ecotour date for any refunds to be honored. No exceptions.

Your safety is extremely important to us. Please advise Sensing Nature prior to your ecotour of any medical conditions about which you think we should know, including if you or someone in the group has any allergies to insect stings, anyone has an epi-pen and where it will be carried, diabetes and/or low blood sugar, motor skill challenges, etc.
